Your responsibilities
- In this role you are responsible for the coordination of the technical development for brake related topics
- Therefore you are doing in-depth comparison of design concepts and you are aiming for continuous development of the best solutions for given conditions
- You define and ensure the execution of product development, testing and validation processes
- Beside of that you ensure the information exchange within all involved participants, especially development teams, customers and suppliers
- The project tracking is done by you and you keep track of finishing the project with the available budget and within the available time
- The creation of documentation and reports rounds off your profile
Your profile
- You have an university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Complex projects with automotive OEMs were already led by you and you have experience in the field of automotive braking, mechatronic chassis systems and vehicle dynamics
- You bring in leadership experience and you are capable to handle critical project situations
- In addition to that you have the willingness to travel and a very good command of English; German is an advantage
- An agile mindset, flexibility and very good leadership behavior characterizes you as a person
