Your responsibilities

Rattaché(e) au coordinateur maintenance, vous aurez la responsabilité d’assurer les tâches courantes d'entretien des bâtiments et de l'outil industriel en respectant les méthodes et standards de travail du groupe.

A ce titre, vos missions sont les suivantes :

Contrôler et entretenir des machines électriques, mécaniques, pneumatique ou hydrauliques suivant le planning GMAO (changement des pièces usées avant la casse, réglage des paramètres, graissage des mécanismes,)
Réaliser un diagnostic en cas de panne (Automate, relevés de défauts,)
Effectuer une intervention rapide et ciblée en cas de panne afin de relancer au plus tôt l’outil de production
Vérification du bon fonctionnement des outils et machines après une intervention
Analyser les défaillances afin de proposer des améliorations
Coordonner les interventions d’entreprises extérieures si besoin
Effectuer des entrées, sorties de pièces et effectuer les inventaires dans l’outil informatique GMAO Web/mobile
Veiller et garantir la disponibilité des équipements process et infrastructure afin d’assurer la continuité de la production
Effectuer les capabilités et veiller à la fiabilité des paramètres et données machines
Anticiper des dysfonctionnements éventuels par une surveillance accrue.

Your profile

Formation : Bac + 2 (électrotechnique, automatisme) ou équivalent (CQPM technicien en maintenance industrielle)
Expérience de 2 ans ou plus dans une fonction similaire
La connaissance des logiciels Siemens et Bosch sera un plus
Maitrise des outils de GMAO, One DMS et de l’environnement Office. Pratique des outils de résolution de problèmes.
Allemand et/ou anglais technique
Proactif, organisé et autonome
Rigueur et capacité d’organisation, méthode et planification ; force de proposition.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR.
