Your responsibilities

  • Lieferkettenmanagement: Planung, Implementierung und Überwachung der gesamten Lieferkette für Aftermarket-Produkte mit Fokus auf die europäischen Märkte, gemeinsam mit dem Team Supply Chain Management. Gesamtverantwortung für den Sales & Operations-Planning-Prozess in der End-to-End Supply-Chain, inklusive der Bestandsoptimierungen und dem Ausbau der KVP bei unseren firmenexternen Logistikdienstleistern (3PLs).
  • Mitarbeiterführung: Führung und Entwicklung von aktuell drei Mitarbeitenden
  • Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Zulieferwerken, Spediteuren und internen Abteilungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Effizienz in Bezug auf Liefertreue, Kosten und Bestände.
  • Risikomanagement: Risikomanagement innerhalb der Lieferkette und Entwicklung von Notfallstrategien zur Sicherstellung der Lieferkette bei Störungen.
  • Bestands- und Lagerverwaltung: Verantwortung für den Lagerbestand der Versandläger, Implementierung von Best Practices im Bestandsmanagement und direkte Steuerung der Logistikdienstleister (3PL).
  • Logistikprozesse: Verantwortung für Logistik- und Distributionsprozesse, Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses und dessen Integration in die IT-Systeme, insbesondere SAP.
  • Absatzplanung: Erstellung von Absatzprognosen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb sowie Ableitung von Bestandsstrategien und Bedarfen für die Zulieferwerke.

Your profile

  • Bildungshintergrund: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder einem verwandten Studienfeld.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Supply-Chain- bzw. Logistik-Management, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen.
  • Fachkenntnisse: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lieferkettenprozessen und -strategien, Bestandsmanagement, Lagerverwaltung, Nachfrageplanung sowie im Einsatz von ERP- und SCM-Software.
  • Führungserfahrung: Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden.
  • Organisations- und Analysefähigkeit: Hervorragende organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke.
  • Eigeninitiative: Begeisterung für die Arbeit in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Problemlösungsorientierung.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
