Your responsibilities
- Supply Chain Design and cost safeguard post acquisition;
- Planning and Industrialization of customer specific supply concepts, particularly JIS / JIT and consignment stock;
- Design and Implementation of ideal packaging concepts with regard to costs and function;
- Design and Implementation of ideal transport concepts with regard to costs and function;
- Global Supply Chain Engineering with production plants, suppliers, customers and logistic provider;
- Selection, capability and enhancement of logistic provider;
- Analyze and continuous improvement of supply chain & logistic processes;
- Supervision of progress of supply chain & logistic planning during industrialization (PEP Process);
- Implementation of inventive supply chain & logistic processes;
- Continuously enhancement of BA-CT and BU-DA supply chain strategy;
- Observance and adherence of health, safety and environment rules and objectives.
Your profile
- Finished technical, commercial or logistic master degree;
- Perennial professional experience in similar function;
- Fluent Romanian and English language in written and verbal form, German language knowledge beneficial;
- Excellent experience in Logistic / Supply Chain Management and process understanding;
- Good knowledge of project management and team - and conflict management;
- IT affinity; SAP knowledge beneficial;
- Entrepreneurship, reliability, purposive and drive;
- Willingness to travel.
