Your responsibilities

Als Senior SAP Process & Application Expert sind Sie zentrale fachliche und technische Ansprechperson für unsere SAP-Systemlandschaft. Sie analysieren Geschäftsprozesse, entwickeln passende SAP-Lösungen und begleiten deren Umsetzung – von der Anforderung über Customizing und Testing bis zur Inbetriebnahme.

Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Fachbereichen, Key Usern, externen Dienstleistern und internationalen Stakeholdern zusammen und treiben die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP-Lösungen aktiv voran.

  • SAP Prozessberatung & Lösungsdesign: Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen, Beratung der Fachbereiche und Entwicklung ganzheitlicher SAP-Lösungen entlang der End-to-End-Prozesse
  • Modulbetreuung & Customizing: Operative Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Landschaft inklusive Customizing, Spezifikation von Entwicklungsanforderungen sowie Release- und Change-Prozessen
  • Support & Fehleranalyse: Bearbeitung komplexer Incidents im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support, Root-Cause-Analysen und Koordination externer Dienstleister
  • Testing & Qualitätssicherung: Planung und Durchführung von System-, Integrations- und Regressionstests sowie Unterstützung bei UATs, Audits und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Schnittstellen & Integration: Betreuung und Optimierung von SAP-Schnittstellen sowie Analyse und Umsetzung neuer Integrationsszenarien
  • Key User & Fachbereiche: Beratung und Unterstützung von Key Usern, Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen sowie Begleitung von Prozessänderungen
  • SAP Projekte & Transformation: Mitarbeit an SAP-Projekten, Rollouts, Migrationen und S/4HANA-Initiativen sowie Übernahme eigener Arbeitspakete

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als SAP Inhouse Consultant, SAP Application Expert oder SAP Berater
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei SAP-Modulen, idealerweise MM/SD oder FI/CO; Kenntnisse in PP, PS, EWM, QM oder DMS sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im SAP-Customizing
  • Erfahrung mit SAP-Schnittstellen, Integrationsszenarien, Testing sowie Incident- und Change-Management
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für bereichsübergreifende Geschäftsprozesse, insbesondere in Einkauf, Vertrieb, Produktion, Logistik und Finance
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
