Your responsibilities

Your role is cross-functional and you will report directly to tkAB Headquarters in Germany

  • You report to the Head of Strategy, Tech Innovation, Research & Development (SIRD) and work closely with our management team and all other department heads to drive our 2030 strategy forward.
  • You independently analyze market and competitive contexts as well as internal business processes.
  • You implement strategic initiatives of the 2030 strategy and projects in interdisciplinary project teams.
  • You independently initiate projects in the areas of AI, Data & Automation.
  • You manage and support Business Excellence projects, including the preparation of business cases.
  • You support organizational development, process improvements, and M&A processes.
  • You independently prepare, structure, and moderate meetings and interdisciplinary workshops.
  • You support the management team in the Board Office and handle inquiries and analyses for the thyssenkrupp Group and the Executive Board.
  • You are a key driver of the strategic planning process, monthly reporting, and performance controlling.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed a university degree in business management or similar
  • You have at least three years of professional experience as a consultant or strategy manager for strategic and operational projects, ideally with a leading management consultancy or in corporate strategy
  • You are confident in handling strategy concepts and have strong skills in analyzing business models, deriving actionable insights, and synthesizing them into presentations for senior management
  • Ideally, you have technical experience or at least an affinity for the areas of AI, Data & Automation
  • You impress with your excellent analytical and synthetic problem-solving abilities and a high standard of quality and precision
  • You possess a strong assertiveness as well as excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • You have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Additional foreign language skills and/or international experience are an advantage.

As an integrated body-in-white specialist, the company offers both project business including plant engineering, tooling and prototyping as well as volume production of body components from a single source. By utilizing the extensive synergies between these areas, Automotive Body Solutions is the leading contact partner for all aspects of the auto body.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email.
