Your responsibilities

  • In Ihrer Rolle als Sachbearbeiter:in im Rechnungswesen (m/w/d) prüfen und überwachen Sie steuerliche Sachverhalte (i. W. Umsatzsteuern und Ertragssteuern)
  • Des Weiteren kontieren und buchen Sie die Sachzuwendungen nach 37 b EStG inkl. der Überwachung der entsprechenden Konten und Kommunikation mit den verantwortlichen Abteilungen
  • Sie arbeiten an der Klärung umsatzsteuerrelevanter Vorgänge sowie bei der monatlichen Erstellung von Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen
  • Sie sind zuständig für die montl. Übernahme der Entgeltabrechnungen und stimmen die Lohn- und Gehaltsverbindlichkeiten ab
  • Sie überwachen, prüfen und klären Verrechnungs- und Kostenkonten auf Plausibilität und Vollständigkeit
  • Sie wirken bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten mit
  • Abschließend arbeiten Sie an Projekten mit

Your profile

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich absolviert, wie z. B. Steuerfachangestellte:r (m/w/d) oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über erste berufliche Erfahrungen im Bereich Steuern, Rechnungswesen und Finanzen
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit SAP und den gängigen MS Office Programmen
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Eigeninitiative sowie selbstständiges und sorgfältiges Arbeiten zeichnen Sie aus
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten runden Ihr Profil ab
