Your responsibilities
- Analyze errors and developing workarounds and permanent solutions
- Implementation of solutions independently
- Implementation of change requests
- Handling of service requests by changing SAP standard customizing
- Assistance for how-to questions
- Maintaining documentation - knowledge base
- Perform regularly support and maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with internal processes
- Support of go-lives
- Collaboration & coordination within FSCM projects
- Supporting SAP Basis Department in setting up interfaces
- Audit support
Your profile
- At least 3-4 years of experience on a similar position
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related
- Fluent written and spoken English, German language will be an asset
- Excellent and broad knowledge of SAP FSCM (Credit Management, Cash and Liquidity Management,
- Dispute and Collections Management, Treasury and Risk Management)
- Knowledge in Bank Communication Management & Account Statement Manager will be an asset
- Work experience within S/4Hana and SAP Fiori
- Knowledge of Serrala Add On’s would be an asset
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
