Summary of Position:
tkMNA Business Area IT is responsible for the maintenance, support and enhancement of the North American regional SAP system. The SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) Intern will be responsible for supporting the functions of the Business Process Orchestration Team within the SAP CoE including testing, user provisioning and documenting group processes and procedures based on department templates and standards.
Key Accountabilities:
• Support standard EDI message testing and create test documentation
• Data entry for user provisioning activities into the SAP GRC System (Governance, Risk and Compliance)
• Facilitate meetings with team members to shadow/record detailed system information
• Create/update “run books” based on the topics requiring processes/procedures outlined in the project plan
• Update knowledge database with information captured and documented in shadowing sessions
• Follow department documentation templates and standards
• Attend status meetings and prepare status updates for the team/project management office (PMO)
• Schedule quality check and documentation review meetings
• Provide weekly status updates to the project team
• Adhere to project documentation deadlines
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited university
- Junior or Senior academic standing
• Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or any degree in the related fields
- 3.0 or higher GPA
• Ability to think critically and keep up in a fast-paced environment is critical
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for business and technology
• Must have strong research and writing skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft O365 suite; Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Excel
• Self-motivated, competitive, assertive
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
