Your responsibilities

Objetivo:

Responsable de monitorear y corregir el cumplimiento de las actividades realizadas por el personal a su cargo, dando alternativas y nuevas implementaciones enfocadas a la mejora continua, así como mantener la integridad de los inventarios.

Actividades:

Supervisa el proceso de recibo de materiales MP según lo establecido en el plan de trabajo.

Supervisa la validación de la información de los distintos emisores (proveedores, cliente, plantas, subcontrataciones, etc.), almacenamiento y suministro de materiales.

Supervisa la correcta identificación de los materiales en recibo mediante sistema de SAP.

Dar respuesta a desviaciones al proceso (empaques en mal estado, diferencias detectadas en la validación de documentación fisca contra factura)

Validar la ejecución de conteos cíclicos e inventarios financieros diarios, semanales, mensuales y anuales.

Supervisa la disciplina en orden y limpieza en las áreas y personal a su cargo.

Validar que los empaques no lleguen dañados de los distintos proveedores dando aviso al responsable de área de empaques vía telefónica y mail.

Autoriza el ingreso y salida oportuno de los transportes de planta para el área de recibo y embarques.

Supervisar la realización de transferencias de materiales físicamente y en SAP entre almacenes

Supervisa los ingresos realizados, en sistema de los materiales productivos y no productivos.

Garantizar que el plan de trabajo establecido para su turno sea efectivo y sin ningún pendiente.

Garantizar las ventas conforme a carga correcta de PT, documentación y notificación de las ventas en tiempo y forma.

Garantizar la entrega oportuna del turno.

Entrega de incidencias de personal (vacaciones, faltas injustificadas, incapacidades, etc.)

Your profile

Perfil: Licenciatura o ingeniería industrial, logística o similar (Preferente titulado).

Experiencia: 2 a 3 años como supervisor / responsable de turno

Disponibilidad para rolar turnos
