Your responsibilities

Véritable leader au quotidien, vous êtes le référent direct sur l’ensemble des sujets relevant de votre périmètre et à ce titre, rattaché à la Direction du site.

Vous êtes en charge du bon déroulement des activités de gestion de projets afin de garantir la rentabilité de la Société, la satisfaction Clients ainsi que l’intégration et la reconnaissance de la Société au sein du groupe.

Vos principales responsabilités sont :

Participer à définir les stratégies opérationnelles ;

Encadrer et animer l’équipe Projets, en veillant à la montée en compétence et à la performance collective.

Garantir le respect des contrats technico-commerciaux en matière de qualité, coûts, délais et réglementation ;

Assurer la gestion des relations avec les clients et partenaires commerciaux dans le cadre du déroulement des projets en cours ;

Participer aux revues budgétaires et au suivi financier de chaque projet ;

Organiser le fonctionnement quotidien du service, répartir les projets en fonction des ressources disponibles et superviser leur bonne exécution.

Des déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir sur sites clients, en France ou à l’international.

Your profile

Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur, vous possédez au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans la supervision des différents volets de la gestion de projet. Vous êtes force de proposition et savez motiver vos équipes.

Ouvert d’esprit et curieux, vous évoluez avec aisance dans un environnement industriel et international.

La maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, est indispensable.
