Your responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment, complying with environmental and workplace safety policies.
- Monitor, validate, and improve product quality assurance controls.
- Develop and implement quality programs, including tracking, analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting of serial production activities.
- Monitor and support changes to operational procedures and documentation for serial production.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements for product and process changes.
- Monitor waste percentages and lead the multidisciplinary team to define reduction and improvement actions, effectively conducting root cause analysis and ensuring the implementation of corrective actions.
- Promote the correct identification, location, and disposal of non-conforming or suspicious material, both physically and administratively (SAP).
- Attend to, coordinate, and respond in a timely manner to customer complaints related to product quality, leading the multidisciplinary team.
- Authority to stop production when a quality risk is identified in the product or process.
Your profile
- 2+ years of experience in a quality position.
- Advanced English required.
- Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar degree completed.
- Knowledge of automotive standards (ISO 19011, ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP).
- Problem-solving methodologies (5Whys, 8Ds, Ishikawa, etc.).
- Knowledge of GD&T.
