1. Management of production, customer Quality and Personnel: CTA, BQ and AQ technicians.2. Ensuring proper management for customer quality complaints, maintaining information in customer portals and customer communication, reporting to customers.3. Responsible for the planning and execution of customer visits/audits, including the evaluation, definition, implementatios and verification of countermeasures in collaboration with the quality manager and related departments.4. Participation in the creation and release of techinical documentation and internal standars.5. Validation of customer specific requirements.6. Ensure proper documentarion of claim progress in customer portals and internal ERP System.7. Responsability for the trainings of the personnel regarding quality process, standards and procedures in production.8. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategu, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
Studies: Industrial, automotive, mechatronic or electronic engineeringExperience: 5 years in automotive industry.Language: English advancedKnowledge: Control plan, quality management system, IATF and VDA requirements, 8D management, CRM, problem solving competences, portal Stellantis and Ford
