As part of our Global Operations & Digital Solutions team, you will help ensure our P&C products meet real business needs and enable data-driven decisions. Together, we connect expertise, drive transformation, and create the conditions for people and performance to thrive.
You will be responsible for:
- Support harmonization projects in a PMO capacity, including structuring, planning, and progress monitoring
- Design and implement change management activities to accompany transformation efforts
- Establish a consistent methodological framework for project work:
- Define and maintain documentation and storage systems
- Select and implement appropriate project management tools
- Develop and provide methods for identifying process inefficiencies
- Introduce and manage tools for process documentation
- Enable effective collaboration and transparency across project teams by setting clear standards and structures
- Act as an interface to internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent project governance
Your profile
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and supporting cross-functional projects (HR project is a plus)
- Ability to design and implement change initiatives
- Skilled in defining project structures, documentation systems, and selecting appropriate tools
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to align teams and ensure consistent project governance
- Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial
