Your responsibilities

  • As a Project Engineer for MES Integration (m/f), you will be responsible for the networking and digitization of production facilities and technologies in line with our digitalization strategy.
  • Integration production lines into our in-house MES and develop interfaces
  • Configuration our MES system based on production needs and commission its various modules.
  • Together with our PLC specialists, you will create concepts for data acquisition on our assembly lines,
  • Interface and coordination between Automation Software, Operation IT, and MES Development
  • Ensure our high-quality standards, you will work closely with specialists from other departments.

Your profile

  • Higher technical education in the field of automation technology, mechatronics, technical computer science
  • You bring passion to make production requirements fit for the future with modern IT systems and software systems.
  • You can demonstrate initial or several years of experience in (software/IT) project management.
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:
    • Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
    • Higher programming languages
    • Industiral equipment basic knowledge (robot, servo, AOI, sensors etc...)
    • Data management (MES)
    • Software structures for complex manufacturing systems
  • Fluent English and very good intercultural communication skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally (10-15%)

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
