Your responsibilities
- Your tasks will include responsibility for contractual co-ordination, compilation and supply of documentation to the customer and to other contracting parties and for updating and tracking of said documentation.
- This includes recording and maintaining of all project-specific documents as well as distribution and reports on the current documentation status including expediting (comparison of target/actual data) of both incoming and outgoing documents.
- You will be responsible for the project budget of document management specific services, and you will report to the project manager regarding document management.
- Administration tasks as well as organizing and conducting trainings and workshops will round off your range of duties.
Your profile
- You have a degree in engineering or economics and ideally already have several years' experience in the plant engineering and construction sector.
- You boast a good technical understanding, excellent communication skills, English language skills and are self-organized, a team player and solution-driven.
- Your service-oriented approach and your intercultural competence allow you to resolve a wide range of issues quickly and creatively.
- To round off your profile, you should be computer literate (standard MS Office applications) and have initial experience of using SAP.
