Your responsibilities

Als Product Architect (m/w/d) Autonomiesoftware übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:

Fachliche Führung von Engineering-Teams über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus der jeweiligen Basisprodukte zur Sicherstellung der Performance und Wartbarkeit marktgerechter Basisprodukte.
Analyse von Kunden- und Stakeholderanforderungen sowie Kundenmissionen, um daraus sowohl Einsatzkonzepte (OpsCon) und sämtliche Anforderungen der internen und externen Stakeholder an das System abzuleiten.
Erstellung von Spezifikationen und technischen Konzepten.
Sicherstellung einer kontinuierliche Optimierung der Performance sowie regelmäßige Prüfung kunden-/projektspezifischer technischer Anpassungserfordernisse auf eine sinnvolle Umsetzung im Autonomiebereich
Sicherstellung der technischen Verwendbarkeit der Autonomielösung in den Kundenprojekten.
Planung, Erstellung und Anpassung der Autonomiesoftware-Elemente gemäß Produktmanagementprozess.

Your profile

Hochschulstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Mathematik, Physik, Informatik oder Informationstechnologie.
Berufserfahrung als Technical Manager in Projekten im Umfeld der Autonomie oder im Bereich der Systemauslegung /-entwicklung.
Requirements Engineering (idealerweise INCOSE-zertifiziert).
Model Based Systems Engineering.
Gute Kenntnisse der benötigten Applikationen (DOORS, Office und idealerweise MagicDraw).
Erfahrung im Führen von Produktteams.
Umfassende Produkt- bzw. Systemkenntnisse, idealerweise Kenntnisse zum operativen Einsatz der Systeme.
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung.
Hohe Team-, Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit.
Internationale und interkulturelle Erfahrungen
Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen nationalen sowie internationalen Dienstreisen ist erforderlich

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally. The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
