Your responsibilities

  • Wir wollen Dich kennenlernen und langfristig die Führungskräfte von morgen für unser Unternehmen finden
  • Du unterstützt bei der Installation, Instandhaltung und Reparatur von elektromechanischen Anlagen und Systemen in der Produktionsumgebung
  • Nach der Einarbeitungsphase wirst Du ins Tagesgeschäft eingebunden und bekommst einen Einblick in die Diagnose und Behebung von Störungen an elektromechanischen Geräten und Maschinen
  • Wir legen Wert darauf, auf Augenhöhe, direkt und in regelmäßigen Austauschterminen miteinander zu kommunizieren. Zudem ist es uns wichtig, dass wir konstruktiv und ehrlich miteinander umgehen
  • Deine Mitarbeit sorgt für die Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten und technischen Innovationen wie Modellentwicklungen und künstlicher Intelligenz
  • Weiterhin kommst du bei uns mit verschiedenen Fachstellen in Kontakt und kannst dir ein Netzwerk aufbauen

Your profile

  • Du studierst im Bereich z.B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
  • Wissen mit anderen zu teilen, macht Dir Spaß und du bist gern ein Teil eines erfolgreichen Teams
  • Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Motivation, organisatorischem Geschick und eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten mit
  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit Zusammenhänge in geeigneten Medien (PowerPoint, Excel) aufzubereiten
  • Deine ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten, sowie eine gute Auffassungsgabe helfen Dir komplexe technische Zusammenhänge schnell zu verstehen
  • Durch deine Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein überzeugst du uns

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
