Your responsibilities

Objetivo del puesto:

Asegurar que la demanda del cliente se cumpla en tiempo y forma, utilizando de manera óptima los recursos productivos (capacidad, materiales y mano de obra), manteniendo niveles saludables de inventario y minimizando costos y desperdicios.

Actividades claves de la posición:

  • Elaborar y mantener el plan maestro de producción (MPS) alineado con la demanda.
  • Ejecutar y ajustar el MRP asegurando disponibilidad de materiales.
  • Balancear carga vs capacidad de líneas, máquinas y turnos.
  • Programar órdenes de producción considerando lead times, setups y prioridades.
  • Monitorear la adherencia al plan y proponer acciones correctivas.
  • Coordinar con producción cambios de secuencia o prioridades.
  • Dar seguimiento a materiales críticos y riesgos de abastecimiento.
  • Analizar y controlar niveles de inventario (MP, WIP y PT).
  • Participar activamente en juntas S&OP / MPS / daily meetings.
  • Comunicar fechas de entrega realistas y comprometidas a clientes internos.
  • Gestionar reprogramaciones por cambios de demanda o contingencias.
  • Analizar indicadores de gestión.
  • Documentar y estandarizar procesos de planeación.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en el proceso productivo

Your profile

Perfil requerido / Competencias profesionales

  • Estudios: Ingeniería Industrial/logística o afín, con experiencia en procesos logísticos.
  • Experiencia: 2 años en Supply Chain Management, preferentemente en la industria automotriz
  • Idiomas/nivel requerido: Inglés-capaz de mantener una conversación de negocios
  • Programas de cómputo:
    • SAP
    • MS Office (Excel avanzado y tablas dinámicas)
    • PLM
    • LISP
    • Zpoint
  • Disponibilidad inmediata

    • Conocimientos

    • Conocimiento de procesos de Forja y Maquinado
    • Gestión de inventarios y capacidad de maquina
