Your responsibilities

Sie sind für die eigenständige Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Verhandlungen von Angeboten hinsichtlich Preisen und Lieferterminen innerhalb der Beschaffungsverantwortung gemäß aktuell gültiger Authority Matrix zuständig.
Sie sind verantwortlich für das Anlegen & Pflegen von Rahmen-/Individualverträgen in ERP-Systemen.
Die Umwandlung von Bestellanforderungen (Banf) in Bestellungen und Nachverfolgung dieser bis Lieferung gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
Die Rechnungsplanprüfung und Nachverfolgung der Rechnungsstellung (teilweise nach Anweisung/Vorgabe des Strategic Buyers) obliegt Ihnen.
Sie bearbeiten eigenständig Wareneingangsclaims mit Liefernden und Schnittstellen (z.T. unter Einbeziehung des Claim Managements nach aktueller Richtlinie).
Sie sind für die Prüfung & Klärung von Rechnungsdifferenzen ggü. Bestellung verantwortlich.
Für die Ausschreibung, Angebotseinholung und /-auswertung sowie Vergabeentscheidungen/Bestellungen innerhalb zugewiesener Zuständigkeiten gemäß Authority Matrix sind Sie zuständig.

Your profile

Erforderlich sind Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, wie sie in der Regel durch eine abgeschlossene fachspezifische mindestens dreijährige Berufsausbildung und eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf sowie zusätzliche spezielle Weiterbildung erworben werden.
Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift.
Sie überzeugen uns mit Ihrer sozialen Kompetenz.
Bedarfsorientiere interkulturelle Kompetenz rundet Ihr Profil ab.
Sichere Verhandlungskompetenz setzen wir voraus.
Sie arbeiten strukturiert und prozessorientiert.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally.
