Your responsibilities

  • Sie sind für die Sicherstellung des prozessorientierten Ansatzes durch interne Prozess- und Systemaudits zuständig
  • Sie wirken bei Personalschulungen zur Qualitätspolitik im Unternehmen mit
  • Sie bearbeiten aktiv das Qualitätscontrolling (Kennzahlen und Fehleranalyse in den Bereichen Vertrieb und Logistik)
  • Sie beraten Mitarbeiter in Fragen zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Sie prüfen und bearbeiten Kundenunterlagen wie z.B. Qualitätsvereinbarungen
  • Sie überwachen system- und produktbezogene Korrektur- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen
  • Sie unterstützen beim Reklamationsmanagement im Betrieb (in Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Verantwortlichen)
  • Sie verantworten Reportings (u.a. Reklamationen, Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen)

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
  • Sie konnten bereits Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Methoden und Normen (DIN, ISO, EN) aus dem Qualitätsmanagement sammeln
  • Sie haben bereits erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Werkstofftechnik
  • Sie sind kommunikationsstark und überzeugen durch eine aktive, selbständige und team- sowie kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sie sind durchsetzungsstark, zielstrebig und konfliktfähig

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
