Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Pflege und Änderung von Stammdaten in ERP und PLM-Systemen (z.B. Materialstammdaten, Stücklisten, Dokumente, Produktspezifikationen).
Sie stellen die Datenqualität, -konsistenz und vollständigkeit sicher.
Sie analysieren und optimieren Stammdatenprozesse und entwickeln Richtlinien und Standards.
Die Administration und Konfiguration von ERP- und PLM-Systemen fällt in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich.
Sie unterstützen die Anwender bei Fragen und Problemen rund um das Stammdatenmanagement.
Sie führen Schulungen für Anwender im Bereich Engineering durch.
Sie erstellen und pflegen Dokumentationen zu Stammdatenprozessen und systemen.

Your profile

Sie können ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifizierung vorweisen.
Eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Stammdatenmanagement, idealerweise in ERP- und PLM/PDM-Systemen ist wünschenswert.
Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP-Modulen wie MM und PP idealerweise auch in PLM-Systemen, wie z. B. Teamcenter, Windchill und Aras.
Sie haben Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenqualitätsmanagement und Datenmodellierung.
Ein Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse in den Bereichen Entwicklung, Produktion und Vertrieb setzen wir voraus.
Sie können sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten vorweisen und zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Teamfähigkeit aus.
Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally. Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
