Your responsibilities

Als Mitarbeiter Central Controlling (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:

Planungs- und Prognosetätigkeiten für die Ableitung von Zielen für den zugeordneten Verantwortungsbereich.
Lieferung periodischer Soll-/IST Vergleiche mit Erläuterungen und Vorschläge zur Vermeidung bzw. Behebung von Abweichungen zu den Budgets.
Unterstützung der Kostenstellenverantwortlichen bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen, Beratung, Umsetzung und Überwachung der beschlossenen Maßnahmen und Joure Fix mit dem Bereichs- und Abteilungs-/ Kostenstellenverantwortlichen.
Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Rentabilitätsberechnungen vor/ bei der Planung von Investitionen.
Gesamtheitliche Steuerung und Erledigung aller Aufgaben bezüglich eines BAB-übergreifenden Themas aus dem zugeordnetem Funktionsbereich (z.B. Vertriebskosten- und Produktionscontrolling).
Optimierung von Prozessen und Berichten im zugeordneten Aufgabengebiet.

Your profile

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder Ausbildung zum/zur Industriekauffrau/mann mit zusätzlicher Weiterbildung (z.B. Controller/in IHK, Industriefachwirt/in).
Gutes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denken.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung (BAB).
Sehr guter Umgang mit IT und Office Anwendungen insbesondere Excel.
Eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie gute Teamfähigkeit.
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally. The best thing to do is to contact your local recruiting expert directly.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
