Your responsibilities

Als Materialdisponent (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie nicht nur die Verantwortung für die operative Materialversorgung, sondern gestalten aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse im Sinne unserer Vision: Effizienz, Transparenz und Innovationskraft in der Materialdisposition.
Sie sind Teil eines engagierten Teams innerhalb der Abteilung Planung und Steuerung dem planerischen Herzstück unseres Unternehmens.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Operative Disposition von Roh-, Fertig- und Hilfsmaterialien für verschiedene Produktgruppen (z.B. Hochdruckpumpen, LDPE-Anlagen und Ersatzteile)
  • Pflege und Optimierung von Materialstammdaten zur Verbesserung der Planungsgenauigkeit (z.B. Losgrößen, Planzeiten, Rundungswerte, Melde- und Sicherheitsbestände)
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Manufacturing-Stücklisten, Bestellanforderungen und Planaufträgen
  • Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit durch kontinuierliches Monitoring und frühzeitige Bedarfserkennung
  • Erstellung von Versandstücklisten und Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen
  • Bearbeitung von Qualitätsabweichungen (NCRs) zur Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Lagerbeständen inkl. KPI-Erstellung und Auswertungen
  • Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten, insbesondere zur Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP S/4HANA
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Beschaffungsstrategien zur Risikominimierung und Effizienzsteigerung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Konstruktion, Qualitätssicherung, Fertigung und Auftragsleitung
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Vision der Materialdisposition: schlanke, transparente und zukunftsorientierte Prozesse

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker (z.B. Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Materialdisposition oder Produktionsplanung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (idealerweise S/4HANA) und MS Office, Kenntnisse in AutoCAD von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Spezifikationen
  • Kenntnisse in nationalen und internationalen Regelwerken (z.B. DIN EN, ASME) wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Proaktivität und Lösungsorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Gestaltungswillen
