Your responsibilities

  • Create and send Releases / Scheduling Agreements in SAP to the suppliers for all the components according to the production Plan.
  • Verify call-off / Releaes confirmations, clarify delivery situations and send reminders for deliveries if necessary.
  • Follow up the shipment of these components from suppliers warehouse until the arrival at our plant.
  • To provide the current invoices for material in transit to the traffic coordinator and warehouse to ensure receipt through the SAP system.
  • Adjust the procurement situation to changed production conditions
  • Handle the bottleneck management of critical suppliers as well as outsourced operations (subcontractors), track backlog reduction plans and follow escalation plans
  • To conciliate raw materials accumulates with all suppliers in a monthly basis.
  • Will be involved in reporting the correspondent KPIs
  • Ensure the SAP releases contains all transit and is maintained updated and send releases minimum every 2 weeks
  • Perform weekly demand analysis according to consumption to ensure availability and avoid overstocks.
  • Ensure that all the materials are received in SAP for proper registration including the update of in transit materials.
  • Set up Master Data for all raw material as data integrity.
  • To guarantee SAP internal communication with PRM and MPP to effective engineering changes.
  • Plan and Schedule together with PRM to avoid have over stock and obsoletes.
  • To avoid premium freight.
  • Record and coordinate logistical complaints. Preparation of inspection reports for logistics service providers and suppliers.
  • You are the process owner of the supplier empties disposition.
  • Actively monitoring the daily inventory based on ABC/XYZ analisys and demand situation and escalate to schedulers and/or suppliers

Your profile

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial engineer, Business administration, International commerce or similar.
  • 3 years working in the Automotive industry in a similar role.
  • Strong background in manage suppliers from all world, with high level of maturity and available to work under pressure.
  • SAP Module MM.
  • SAP Module PP, WM.
  • Materials Planning.
  • Suppliers Management.
  • English advanced.
