Your responsibilities

  • Nachfolgende Aufgaben fallen im Rahmen einer einjährig befristeten Stelle an.
  • In Ihrer Rolle leiten, planen und steuern Sie eigenständig komplexe Lean Projekte zur Qualitäts- und Effizienzsteigerung und übernehmen die Budget-, Qualitäts- und Terminverantwortung in diesen Projekten.
  • Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Optimierung unserer Wertschöpfungskette unter Berücksichtigung von Lean Prinzipien wie Shopfloor Management, 6S, TPM oder TQM.
  • Sie analysieren ganzheitlich bestehende Prozesse, identifizieren Ineffizienzen und entwickeln Maßnahmen zur Eliminierung von Verschwendung und Reduzierung der Durchlaufzeit in allen Produktionsbetrieben.
  • Sie pflegen eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern in allen Produktionsbetrieben zur durchgängigen Anwendung der Lean-Prinzipien und fördern eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und sorgen für die nötige Motivation der Mitarbeitenden.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Etablierung von Kennzahlen, überwachen diese in allen Produktionsbetrieben und leiten entsprechende Maßnahmen ab.

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftliches (Fach-) Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie verfügen über umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessmanagement, Lean Management und Projektmanagement.
  • Sie haben eine Weiterqualifizierung durch Lean, World Class Manufacturing oder Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Selbständiges und strukturiertes Handeln, eine große Innovations- und Veränderungsbereitschaft und Erfolgs- und Lösungsorientierung sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Sie bringen Produktions- und Prozessverständnis sowie die Fähigkeit in komplexen Sachverhalten die wesentlichen Aspekte zu erkennen mit.
  • Ihr Umfeld überzeugen Sie aufgrund Ihrer Teamfähigkeit, Ihrer Kontakt- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie mit Ihrem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Ihrer Zuverlässigkeit.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
