Your responsibilities

  • Sie bauen unsere Aktivitäten im Bereich Infrastrukturbauten weiter aus mit besonderem Fokus auf anspruchsvolle Projekte z.B. im ober- und unterirdischer Leitungsbau im öffentlichen und industriellen Raum; Trassenbau; Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen Gas/Wasser;
  • Sie gewinnen neue Kunden, stärken bestehende Partnerschaften und entwickeln unsere Beschaffungsseite strategisch weiter
  • Gemeinsam mit der Vertriebsleitung gestalten Sie unseren Absatzplan und setzen diesen operativ um
  • Sie analysieren neue Projekte, erkennen Geschäftspotenziale und treiben unsere Marktposition aktiv voran
  • Sie platzieren uns frühzeitig bei Ausschreibern und Kunden, um Projekte gemeinsam zu entwickeln
  • Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für Ihre Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Sie vernetzen sich intern wie extern und etablieren ein effizientes, vertrauensvolles StakeholderManagement
  • Sie besuchen regelmäßig Kunden und vertreten uns auf relevanten Messen und Branchenveranstaltungen

Your profile

  • Ein technisches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer qualifizierenden, berufsrelevanten Weiterbildung kombiniert mit echter Begeisterung für technische Lösungen
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement aus dem Handelsbereich oder ausführendem Gewerbe
  • Eine ausgeprägte Vertriebsaffinität: proaktiv, überzeugend und verbindlich im Auftreten
  • Eine strukturierte, strategische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungssicherheit und Freude daran, Entscheidungen voranzutreiben.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und der Wille, gemeinsam etwas aufzubauen
  • Führerschein Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft zu deutschlandweiten Kundenterminen

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
