Eigenständige Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung einer unternehmensweiten Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie
Aufbau von Fachwissen zu gesetzlichen Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen und deren Auswirkungen auf das Unternehmen (z.B. SBTI, CBAM, EnEfG, LkSG, Plastiksteuer, etc.)
Selbstständige Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsanalysen- und Projekten in Kooperation mit internen und externen Partnern
Erstellung und Entwicklung von Kennzahlen sowie eines Nachhaltigkeits-Berichtswesens
Übertragung des Knowhows an andere Standorte in der globalen Organisation der Business Unit Forged Technologies

Your profile

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich der Ingenieurswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
Erste Erfahrung im Thema Nachhaltigkeit wünschenswert
Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
Stark ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken in Kombination mit Eigeninitiative, Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally. The best thing to do is to contact your local recruiting expert directly.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
