Your responsibilities

  • Sie arbeiten in einem integrierten Team aus Middle Office und Back Office vornehmlich im Bereich des Back Office und übernehmen typische Back Office Tätigkeiten in einem global agierenden Konzern
  • Sie beantragen und verwalten die verschiedenen Garantieinstrumente für den tkMX Konzern. Dabei stellen Sie Bankgarantien, Import-Akkreditive, Stand-by LCs und Konzernhaftungs-erklärungen für den tkMX Gesellschaften im In- und Ausland aus und Verwalten die entsprechenden Fälligkeiten
  • Zudem übernehmen Sie die Abwicklung und Kontrolle von externen Bankgeschäften (Hedging und Geldhandel), das Zahlungsnetting und überwachen das regulatorische Reporting. Sie wickeln die konzerninterne Finanzierung mittels Verrechnungskonten und Darlehen ab
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit den beteiligten internationalen Tochtergesellschaften, internen Fachabteilungen und unseren Banken zusammen
  • Bei Bedarf Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen und Analysen von Reports im Rahmen des Monatsabschlusses sowie ggf. Risikoberichten und Sonderauswertungen

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit adäquatem Schwerpunkt
  • Sie besitzen relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Finance, idealerweise in einem international operierenden Unternehmen
  • Sie verfügen über Routine im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Outlook, Word, Excel) sowie SAP / SAP@Kons und haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im Treasury Management System ITS der Firma ION sammeln können
  • Sie besitzen eine sehr gute Auffassungsgabe und sind bereit, sich neue Arbeitsinhalte kurzfristig anzueignen. Dabei zeichnen Sie Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit aus
  • Sie arbeiten gewissenhaft, strukturiert und dokumentieren nachvollziehbar Ihre Ergebnisse
  • Sie überzeugen durch eine hohe Teamverantwortung und Ihre Fähigkeiten in Kommunikation und ein verbindliches Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
