Your responsibilities

You will contribute to innovative steering technology projects within the research and advanced development department
Your task will include creating a modular Steer-by-Wire simulator for flexible system testing and quick system swaps
You will utilize dSpace tools and micro autobox to ensure seamless integration with existing simulation tools
Engaging in simulation-based validation and fault injection testing will be part of your role, helping to reduce the need for costly prototype vehicle testing
You will enhance efficiency by conducting virtual tests before real-world trials on the test track
Focusing on worst-case scenarios, you will identify critical failures before any on-road testing takes place

Your profile

You are currently enrolled in a degree program in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or a similar field (valid enrollment is required)
Your profile is complemented by commitment, dedication, strong organizational skills, and team spirit
Experience with Matlab Simulink and a basic understanding of vehicle dynamics are advantageous
Familiarity with vehicle simulation tools, preferably dSpace, is required
Experience with CAD tools is also advantageous
Good German and English, both written and spoken, completes your profile

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Receipt of your application
