Your responsibilities

  • Berechnung und Auslegung von Druckbehältern und Wärmetauschern nach deutschen und
    internationalen Regelwerken (AD 2000, DIN EN 13445, ASME etc.)
  • Berechnung und Auslegung von Maschinenelementen
  • Erstellung und Kontrolle von Fertigungszeichnungen, Stücklisten und Spezifikationen für Apparate und Komponenten
  • Auftragsabwicklung einschließlich Fertigungsbegleitung und Abnahmen bei den ausführenden Fachwerkstätten und Fertigungsbetrieben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und Lieferanten
  • Erstellung der Technischen Dokumentation, Pflege interner Richtlinien und Standards

Your profile

Sie arbeiten effizient, zuverlässig, exakt und verantwortungsbewusst und sind eine breit interessierte, überzeugende Persönlichkeit. Sie zeichnen sich aus durch

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Konstrukteur und Abwicklungsingenieur im Anlagen- und Apparatebau bevorzugt
  • Erfahrungen mit den einschlägigen technischen Regelwerken
  • Zusatzqualifikation zum/zur Schweißfachingenieur/-in von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse der CAD (2D / 3D) gestützten Apparatekonstruktion (z.B. HICAD)
  • Kenntnisse FEM-Berechnungen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Kostenbewusstsein, sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
  • Gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office Paketes
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft, z.B. Unterstützung des Field Service im Rahmen von Retrofittings etc.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
