Your responsibilities

Objetivo:

  • Interfaz con los proveedores en temas de calidad.
  • Reducir las interrupciones en nuestros procesos de producción causadas por los proveedores.
  • Iniciar y gestionar reclamaciones hacia proveedores derivadas de problemas internos o externos (documentación y reclamos en MHP, P2T).
  • Responsable de asegurar la calidad de los componentes entregados de acuerdo con las especificaciones y los requisitos del cliente.
  • Iniciar, documentar y gestionar las inspecciones de recepción de componentes.
  • Trabajar en un entorno de equipo con los proveedores para desarrollar e implementar mejores prácticas que enfaticen la prevención de defectos, la reducción de variación y desperdicio, y que promuevan la mejora continua para cumplir con todos los requisitos del cliente.
  • Recopilar análisis de causa raíz y proporcionar retroalimentación correctiva para prevenir paros de línea debido a problemas de suministro.
  • Gestionar los requisitos específicos del cliente en relación con la calidad de proveedores y brindar soporte técnico a los proveedores.
  • Gestionar el reembolso de los costos de calidad generados por reclamaciones a proveedores.
  • Dar soporte al departamento de calidad de producción.

Actividades :

  • Liderar la inspección de recibo.
  • Evaluar las solicitudes de desviación de los proveedores.
  • Gestionar reclamaciones hacia proveedores en MHP o P2T (desde su inicio hasta el cierre, con seguimiento completo de 8D) con apoyo de SQM.
  • Dar seguimiento a inspecciones anuales de layout.
  • Solicitar a SQM la realización de visitas en sitio a proveedores para análisis de causa raíz y verificación de acciones correctivas relacionadas con problemas de calidad.
  • Liderar reuniones con proveedores (presentaciones 8D).
  • Brindar soporte a producción en caso de detectar incidentes de proveedores durante la producción en serie.
  • Gestionar la recopilación de costos y el reembolso por parte de proveedores en MHP o P2T;
  • Iniciar la gestión de escalaciones en caso de problemas de calidad mayores causados por proveedores, involucrar a SQM y proporcionar datos de desempeño del proveedor.
  • Apoyar al Gerente de Calidad para monitorear y reportar la calidad del producto y desempeño de los proveedores.
  • Reportar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) para cumplir con los procesos y prevenir la (re)ocurrencia de cualquier no conformidad relacionada con producto, proceso o sistema.
  • Apoyar durante visitas a proveedores junto con auditores y SQM, cuando sea necesario.
  • Recopilar y evaluar datos de calidad de proveedores para identificar oportunidades de mejora en la cadena de suministro.
  • Revisar procesos de manufactura de proveedores, colaborar con ellos y apoyar en mejoras de proceso y generación de valor junto con SQM.
  • Acompañar o solicitar auditorías a proveedores en caso de desempeño no satisfactorio, a través de SQM.
  • Proyecto / Lanzamiento: Validación de muestras de proyecto en alineación con SQM.

Your profile

Estudios: Licenciatura - Ing. Industrial, Ing. Mecánica, Ing. Metalúrgico

Experiencia: Como SQE, SQA, CQ, Conocimientos de metalurgia al menos 3 años de experiencia.

Idiomas: Inglés avanzado mínimo B2, alemán deseable.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
