Your responsibilities
- You take care for the local IT infrastructure topics of the office (IT) and production (OT) environment for ensuring a smooth IT operation and production at our Automotive JIT/JIS axle assembly plant in Györ.
- You are the IT contact for your colleagues at the Axle assembly plant, the domestic IT team at Budapest as well as for the headquarter of the business unit Automotive Systems in Essen, Germany.
- Collaboration with the managed service provider (incl. Servicedesk) for the local IT infrastructure operation (e. g. clients, servers, network) as well as with other internal and external IT service providers (e.g. hardware, software).
- Operation of local IT solutions and applications within office and production environment.
- You handle L1 and L2 IT incidents, problems and service interruptions, if necessary also flexible out of normal office times.
- Participation in IT migration, roll-out and optimization projects and represent the plant Györ in the Automotive Systems group.
- You create and optimize IT processes, documentations and descriptions (integrated management system), as well as perform administrative activities (e. g. inventory and license overview, access and user management).
- Coordination and implementation of technical and organizational measures with regard to information and IT security (e.g. TISAX, ISO27001) and collaboration with the company ISO.
- Project coordination for an IT infrastructure roll-out and harmonization project
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in supporting IT ideally in the automotive sector.
- You have knowledge in several of the following areas: Windows Server 2016-2019, Windows 10, virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V), networking, ticketing systems and other modern Microsoft-based services such as M365, (Azure) Active Directory.
- Experience in information security (e.g. ISO27001, TISAX) and/or IT security desirable.
- Problem solving attitude as well as friendly & good communication skills, also in stressful situations.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English (written and spoken), ideally also German skills.
- Hands-on-mentality, proactivity und ownership spirit.
- The ability to work autonomously or in an international team.
