Your responsibilities

  • Als Spezialist (m/w/d) für unsere Industrie 4.0-Lösung bildest Du die Brücke zwischen Kunde und unseren Software-Engineers
  • Du führst Analysen der technischen Voraussetzungen und Aufnahme von den für uns wesentlichen Produktionsprozessen der Kunden vor Ort durch
  • Du entwickelst Produkt- und Lösungsstrategien gemeinsam mit und für unsere Kunden und bist als Experte natürlicher Ansprechpartner
  • Du koordinierst Projekte unter Berücksichtigung vorhandener Kapazitäten sowie den erfolgreichen Roll-Out der Lösungen und stehst in vorderster Reihe während der Inbetriebnahme
  • Auch nach dem Go-Live bist Du Ansprechpartner bei Problemen und fortlaufenden Optimierungen
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für den Betrieb der internen IT Infrastruktur und kannst aufgrund Deiner technischen Expertise schnell und zielsicher auf veränderte Anforderungen reagieren

Your profile

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)
  • Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleisterbewusstsein mit und empfindest die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden als höchstes Gut
  • Du hast fundierte Fachkenntnisse über den Aufbau und die Administration im Umfeld von M365 (Entra, Azure, DevOps, Defender) und diesbezüglich mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im praktischen Einsatz
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, möchtest Dich, unsere Software und die Company erfolgsorientiert weiterentwickeln und liebst Technologie
  • Du fühlst Dich wohl in der Rolle eines Product Owners und arbeitest gern in direktem Kundenaustausch
  • Idealerweise verfügst Du über Wissen im Themenbereich Automatisierungstechnik und hast Kenntnisse über Produktionprozesse im industriellen Umfeld
  • Aufbau und Funktion von Datenbanken und Software sind Dir nicht fremd
  • Du bist kommunikativ und ehrgeizig, durchsetzungsstark und eigenverantwortlich und hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise im Team
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
