- Preparing presentations
- Arranging travels
- Procurement
- Requesting and tracking quotations
- Placing and tracking orders
- Handling relationship with vendors and suppliers
- Managing invoices
- Managing the device register
- Maintaining and adding new devices to the device register
- Licence management
- Extending and maintaining our licence register
- Liaison with vendors and suppliers with regards to licences
- Tracking the expiry of licences and arranging their renewal
- Managing the migration of licences
- Mobile phone management
- Managing the SIM cards of the company mobile phone fleet
- Managing the workers' mobile fleet
- Administrative tasks
- SAP administration
- Ticketing system administration
- Document management
- Managing, maintaining and tracking materials in our document management system
- Formatting and reviewing (non-technical) documents
- Reporting
- Generating statistics and reports (both regular and irregular) from our ticketing system or other system
- Project support
- Driving various IT related projects
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Good basic IT knowledge
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Can do attitude
- Takes ownership for her/his topics
- Problem solving skills
- Flexibility
- Friendly & good communication skills
- Desire and ability to create and maintain order around her/himself
- Attention to details
- Can perform under stress
