Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Győr site in alignment with the company’s growth objectives
  • Lead, coach, and develop the local sales team to achieve ambitious business targets
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong network of customers, industry partners, and internal and external key stakeholders
  • Identify market trends, emerging customer needs, and new growth opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and commercial performance
  • Lead customer negotiations and support the preparation of customer proposals and contracts
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders to ensure outstanding customer service and operational excellence
  • Monitor sales performance and market developments and provide regular reporting to management
  • Represent accelis Processing Europe at customer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs

Your profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales within a manufacturing, processing, metals, automotive, or industrial environment
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop long-term partnerships both internally and externally
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
  • Strong intercultural competence with the ability to build trust and lead effectively in an international business environment.
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian, German language skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as required

tk accelis Processing Europe, formerly thyssenkrupp Materials Processing Europe, is a subsidiary of tk accelis. We employ approximately 1,000 people at our locations from Portugal to Hungary. We are a highly specialized processing company for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. As a supply chain specialist, we ensure seamless supply chains for our customers in the automotive, construction, renewable energy, and many other key industries. We are seeking a Head of Sales (all genders welcome) for our location in Győr, Hungary, which has approximately 40 employees.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
