Your responsibilities

  • Sie sind gemeinsam mit einem Kollegen (m/w/d) für den Betrieb sämtlicher technischen Einrichtungen von Schloss Landsberg verantwortlich (Gewerke, Wartung, Instandhaltung, Prüfungen)
  • Kleinst-Reparaturen, z. B. den Leuchtmittelwechsel, führen Sie selbstständig durch
  • Sie steuern die Gebäudeleittechnik (Heizung, etc.)
  • Sie bereiten externe Handwerkereinsätze vor durch Leistungsdefinitionen und beauftragen vor und steuern diese und kontrollieren die Leistungserbringung sowie die Abrechnung
  • Sie wirken bei der Vorbereitung bzw. Durchführung von Veranstaltungen mit (Aufbau und Abbau sowie medientechnische Betreuung)

Your profile

  • Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige, einschlägige Erfahrung als Hausmeister bzw. Haustechniker (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • Sie haben Erfahrungen im Bereich Haustechnik, Heizungstechnik, Lüftungstechnik und Sanitärtechnik
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich
  • PC-Kenntnisse im Bereich der Office-Produkte und Gebäudeleittechnik runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Sie sind bereit, im Schichtdienst (Früh/Spät) zu arbeiten und an unserer Rufbereitschaft teilzunehmen

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
