Your responsibilities

Wir suchen für die AMTEQ Machining GmbH, ab Oktober 2026 eine Tochtergesellschaft der Uhde High Pressure Technologies GmbH, einen Geschäftsführer (m/w/d).

Die AMTEQ Machining GmbH ist ein etablierter Spezialist für anspruchsvolle Metallbearbeitung mit Sitz in Celle. Das Unternehmen verbindet über 100 Jahre Erfahrung in der Fertigung mit moderner Technologie.

Mit 38 Mitarbeitenden liegt der Fokus auf hochpräziser Fertigung komplexer Bauteile u.a. durch Tieflochbohren, Drehen, Fräsen und Schweißen für verschiedene Industrien.

Ihre Aufgaben

Als Geschäftsführer (m/w/d) tragen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die kaufmännische Steuerung und übernehmen gleichzeitig eine zentrale Rolle im Vertrieb und in der Marktbearbeitung. Sie agieren als unternehmerisch denkender Partner der technischen Geschäftsführung in einem schlanken, mittelständischen Umfeld.

Ihre Schwerpunkte

  • Aktive Vertriebsverantwortung: Ausbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen sowie Gewinnung von Neukunden
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie in enger Abstimmung mit der technischen Geschäftsführung
  • Verantwortung für die Angebotskalkulation unter Berücksichtigung technischer Machbarkeit und wirtschaftlicher Zielgrößen
  • Entwicklung von Markt- und Preisstrategien für anspruchsvolle Metallbearbeitungsleistungen
  • Verantwortung für Finanzen, Controlling, Einkauf, HR und Administration
  • Kaufmännische Steuerung eines produzierenden Unternehmens mit hoher Fertigungstiefe
  • Sicherstellung von Profitabilität, Liquidität und effizientem Ressourceneinsatz
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Technik
  • Führung eines kleinen Teams mit hoher Eigenverantwortung

Your profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ: Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit ausgeprägter technischer Affinität und Erfahrung in der Metallverarbeitung
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer kaufmännischen Leitungsfunktion in einem mittelständischen Produktionsunternehmen
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im technischen Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte oder Fertigungsdienstleistungen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse (z.B. Drehen, Fräsen, Tieflochbohren, Schweißen) und deren wirtschaftliche Bewertung
  • Erfahrung in Kalkulation, Kostenrechnung und produktionsnaher Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Hands-on Mentalität und Bereitschaft, in einem Unternehmen mit 38 Mitarbeitenden operativ mitzuwirken
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, Schnittstellen zwischen Kaufmännischem Bereich und Produktion optimal zu verbinden
