Your responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise all import and export operations of vehicles, components and automotive parts.
Ensure compliance with customs, sanitary and safety regulations in international trade.
Prepare and review documentation required for international trade transactions, such as invoices, certificates of origin and customs documents.
Collaborate with logistics and transportation providers to ensure timely and safe delivery of products.
Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers and customs authorities to resolve any issues during the foreign trade process.
Identify and propose improvements in foreign trade processes to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Keep updated on trends and changes in the international market that may affect the company's operations.

Your profile

Minimum 3 years in similar position.
Experience in the automotive industry.
Advanced English is mandatory.
University degree in International Trade, Business, Logistics or related field.
Knowledge of foreign trade regulations, customs, and international logistics.
Negotiation skills with international suppliers and customers.
Experience in handling foreign trade management systems.
IATF: 16949/ISO: 14001/ISO 45001 audits.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Review by functional department

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally.
