Your responsibilities

  • Als Spezialist (m/w/d) für unsere Industrie 4.0-Lösung bildest Du die Brücke zwischen Kunde und unseren Software-Engineers
  • Du führst Analysen der technischen Voraussetzungen und Aufnahme von den für uns wesentlichen Produktionsprozessen der Kunden vor Ort durch
  • Insbesondere liegt die Analyse von Maschinenprozessen und Optimierungen nach Kundenanforderungen (SMED und OPX) in Deinem Tätigkeitsfeld
  • Du programmierst Steuerungen von Maschinen und unterstützt bei Inbetriebnahmen
  • Du integrierst diese in unsere IIoT/ MES-Lösung
  • Auch nach dem Go-Live bist Du Ansprechpartner bei Problemen und fortlaufenden Optimierungen und übernimmst Aufgaben im Support für unsere IIoT/MES-Lösung
  • Operative Instandhaltung ist nicht Teil unseres Services und damit nicht Teil Deiner Aufgabe

Your profile

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, alternativ
  • verfügst Du eine Ausbildung zum Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik, Betriebstechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleisterbewusstsein mit und empfindest die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden als höchstes Gut
  • Du bist kommunikativ und ehrgeizig, durchsetzungsstark und eigenverantwortlich und hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise im Team
  • Du hast fundierte und in der Praxis erprobte Fachkenntnisse mit der Entwicklung/ Anpassung von SPS-Programmen Siemens S7 mit TIA Portal inkl. HMI Panels mittels WinCC. SIMOTION und SINAMICS gehören zu Deinen Kenntnissen
  • Die Kenntnis über weitere Maschinensteuerungen sowie OPC/UA sind ein Plus (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Beckhoff) bzw. Du hast Lust diese zu entwickeln/ auszubauen
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte „Hands-on-Mentalität“, möchtest Dich, unsere Software und die Company erfolgsorientiert weiterentwickeln und liebst Technologie
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Ein Verständnis von Funktionen von Datenbanken und Software sind ein Plus
