Your responsibilities
The Facilities Engineer acts as a dedicated and trusted resource within the organization. Success in this role is measured by the completion of preventive actions, the completion rate of corrective actions, lessons learned (WIKI), maintenance cost reduction, the completion rate of reported near misses, the completion rate of audit findings and action plans, and the KPIs MTTR, MTBF, and downtime. They are primarily responsible for achieving their team's goals but also support other maintenance teams and other organizational units within the facility as needed.
Your profile
- Conversational English.
- +2 years of experience in a similar position.
- +2 years of experience in operating equipment (chillers, chillers and compressors, gas tanks, construction) Electrical installations, natural gas, plumbing, construction, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial mechanics, and air conditioning.
- Knowledge of legal issues and requirements (focused on maintenance).
