Your responsibilities
Aim of the position
The resource will be embedded in the Engineering Department, providing organisational and administrative support to the Director and the team contributing to the efficient management of daily activities, operational coordination, and back-office processes, including travel management.
Main Responsibilities and Contents
- Provide organisational support to the Engineering Director and the team, including meeting scheduling and basic logistics coordination for visitors (clients, suppliers, colleagues from other offices);
- Support administrative and back-office activities related to business travel;
- Manage business travel for staff in coordination with the external travel agency, including collecting requests, handling bookings, and coordinating visa procedures;
- Collaborate with the main business functions to ensure effective operational coordination;
- Support the organisation of internal and external meetings, including workshops.
Your profile
Skills, qualifications and abilities
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles;
- High school diploma;
- Good command of the English language;
- Strong organisational and planning skills;
- Accuracy, tidiness and attention to detail;
Mandatory requirement
Belonging to Protected Categories under Italian Law 68/99.

Economics:
- CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria
- Annual Gross Salary range 32,00038,000 (paid in 14 monthly instalments), pro-rated to part-time percentage.
- Following the conclusion of the selection process, the Company may propose a gross annual salary that differs from the figures outlined in this job posting. Any such adjustment will reflect the candidate's overall profile, including professional background, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills evaluated throughout the process.
