Als Trainee nehmen Sie an einem zwölfmonatigen Praxis- und Begleitprogramm teil einschließlich einer intensiven Einarbeitung im Gieß- oder Schmelzbetrieb
Sie durchlaufen individuelle Einsatzstationen, um Schnittstellenbereiche kennen zu lernen und optimal auf Ihre zukünftige Funktion vorbereitet zu sein
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Störungssuche und Ursachenbehebung an allen elektrischen Anlagen im Produktionsbetrieb
Sie analysieren Betriebs- und Störgeschehen unter erarbeiten selbstständig entsprechenden Optimierungsmaßnahmen
Sie begleiten und unterstützen Investitionsmaßnahmen in Ihrem Betreuungsbereich und führen Projekte zur Kosten- und Prozessoptimierung durch

Your profile

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Elektrotechnik
Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Kenntnisse von Betriebsabläufen in einem produzierenden Unternehmen der Stahlindustrie mit
Sie haben fundierte EDV Kenntnisse, insbesondere in den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen sowie IT-Programmen zur Datenaufbereitung und -visualisierung
Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktlösungskompetenz sowie eine strategische Denkweise zeichnen Sie aus
Sie sind bereit regelmäßige Rufbereitschaftsdienste zu übernehmen
Selbständiges Arbeiten, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally. Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
