In Allershausen entsteht derzeit unser neues Werk ausgestattet mit modernster Technik. Schon in Kürze laufen die ersten Anlagen an, und Sie stellen sicher, dass sie von Beginn an zuverlässig arbeiten. Mit Ihrem technischen Know-how in der Instandhaltung sichern Sie die Verfügbarkeit unserer Systeme, analysieren Störungen und setzen Lösungen direkt um.

  • Sie übernehmen eigenständig Wartungen, Inspektionen und Reparaturen an Maschinen und Anlagen mit Schwerpunkt auf elektrischen Systemen.

  • Zudem beheben Sie Störungen an elektrischen, pneumatischen, hydraulischen und mechanischen Komponenten.

  • Sie analysieren Fehler mithilfe von Diagnosewerkzeugen wie Ishikawa und 5W und dokumentieren alle Maßnahmen zur Störungsbeseitigung.

  • Sie stellen eine strukturierte Informationsweitergabe im Team sicher und gestalten die Prozesse zur Schichtübergabe im späteren Schichtbetrieb aktiv mit.

  • Sie bringen sich proaktiv in die Optimierung von Anlagen und Instandhaltungsprozessen ein und unterstützen das TPM-Stufenmodell.

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Elektronik oder Mechatronik.

  • Berechtigung zur Arbeit mit 400 Volt.

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen.

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Automatisierungstechnik, Robotik, SPS-Programmierung (Siemens S7, TIA Portal) und Sensorik.

  • Erfahrung mit Servo- und Frequenzumrichtertechnik sowie verschiedenen Sensortechnologien.

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen PC-Anwendungen.

  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau (schriftlich und mündlich).
