Your responsibilities

Sie übernehmen eigenständig Wartungen, Inspektionen und Reparaturen an Maschinen und Anlagen mit Schwerpunkt auf elektrischen Systemen. Zudem beheben Sie Störungen an elektrischen, pneumatischen, hydraulischen und mechanischen Komponenten.
Sie analysieren Fehler mithilfe von Diagnosewerkzeugen wie Ishikawa und 5W und dokumentieren alle Tätigkeiten zur Störungsbeseitigung.
Sie sind verantwortlich für die ordnungsgemäße Übergabe und Übernahme von Schichtarbeiten sowie die abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikation.
Sie bringen sich aktiv in die Optimierung von Anlagen und Instandhaltungsprozessen ein und unterstützen das TPM-Stufenmodell.

Your profile

Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Elektronik oder Mechatronik
Berechtigung zur Arbeit mit 400 Volt
35 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen
Kenntnisse in Automatisierungstechnik, Robotik, SPS-Programmierung (Siemens S7, TIA Portal) und Sensorik
Erfahrung mit Servo- und Frequenzumrichtertechnik sowie verschiedenen Sensortechnologien
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und PC-Anwendungen
Hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally. The best thing to do is to contact your local recruiting expert directly.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
