Your responsibilities

Objetivo:

Gestionar y realizar las actividades de operaciones de importación y exportación con nuestros proveedores de transporte para el cumplimiento fechas de arribo y/o entrega para mantener nuestro desempeño de entregas a cliente y evitar gastos extraordinarios.

Actividades:

  • Administrar y gestionar la demanda de contenedores y/o transportes para los proveedores asignados de acuerdo a los contratos establecidos por TKPM.
  • Administrar y gestionar las operaciones de importación y/o exportación revisando los documentos para tenerlos completos y en tiempo para la entrega de las mercancías en nuestras plantas de TKPM o en destino de nuestro clientes.
  • Administrar y gestionar los estados de cuenta de los proveedores de transportes asignados para procesar los pagos manteniendo la transparencia en las cuentas y operaciones, garantizando el reporte de gastos para cada unidad de negocio lo tenga en tiempo y forma.
  • Coordinar el proceso de recolección y arribo a la planta de los materiales y proveedores asignados, comunicando el estado de la recolección o entrega para cumplir las fechas de arribo a planta o de entrega en destino.
  • Administrar la evaluación de proveedores de transportes conforme a las reglas y lineamientos establecidos.

Your profile

Estudios: Ingeniería en Logistica, Licenciatura Comercio Exterior, Administrador de Empresas, Negocios o similar

Experiencia: 3 a 5 años en puestos similares en la industria automotriz

Idiomas: inglés avanzado

Conocimientos:

  • Logística Internacional
  • Transporte
  • Incoterms
  • CTPAT
  • Comercio y proceso de aduanas
  • Manejo de presupuesto

Programas de cómputo:

  • Microsoft office
  • SAP deseable

Habilidades:

  • Organización, negociación, comunicación efectiva, planeación, inteligencia emocional y gran capacidad de análisis

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application
