Your responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy EDI/B2B integrations using tools such as Seeburger, Axway B2Bi, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI or other middleware platforms.
  • Manage the end-to-end EDI lifecycle: onboarding new partners, mapping documents, setting up AS2/OFTP2/SFTP communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain EDI transaction sets (e.g., EDIFACT, ANSI X12, IDocs) for orders, invoices, shipping notices, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal business teams and external partners to gather integration requirements and provide scalable solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain EDI mapping specifications and documentation for audit and operational purposes.
  • Work with ERP systems (preferably SAP) for backend integration and data transformations.
  • Support continuous improvement by optimizing existing integrations and implementing automation where applicable.
  • Stay current with EDI standards, protocols, and industry best practices.

Your profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in EDI integration development and support.
  • Strong expertise in EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and protocols (AS2, SFTP, OFTP2).
  • Proficiency in at least one EDI/middleware platform such as Seeburger BIS, Axway B2Bi, SAP PI/PO/CPI, or Boomi.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  • Good understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and flat file processing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft).
  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industry processes.
  • Knowledge of API-based integration (REST/SOAP).
