Your responsibilities

  • Brindar soporte técnico mediante conocimientos en hidráulica de amortiguadores y tecnologías de amortiguación (por ejemplo: Mono, Twin, DT Sky, DT II) para la mejora continua y resolución de problemas.
  • Participar en el desarrollo de componentes individuales y/o ensamblajes mediante modelos 3D, planos de fabricación de ensambles y piezas individuales, así como listas de materiales:
    • Considerar estándares internos, requisitos del cliente y/o legales, resultados de análisis CAE, requerimientos funcionales, de peso, instalación, manufacturabilidad y aspectos económicos.
    • Crear solicitudes de cambio para todas las modificaciones de ingeniería (OEs), realizando actualizaciones complejas en los planos existentes de acuerdo con las especificaciones definidas por el Ingeniero de Producto.
    • Diseñar componentes en estrecha colaboración con el Ingeniero de Producto.
    • Participar en la elaboración de análisis FMEA de diseño y proceso.
    • Revisar y mantener las listas de materiales (BOM) dentro de los sistemas CAD y ERP.
  • Ejecutar las actividades del proyecto conforme al proceso de desarrollo de productos.
  • Cumplir y mejorar los procesos de negocio establecidos.
  • Participar activamente en las iniciativas de mejora continua de la empresa.
    • Implementar medidas de optimización durante la producción en serie.
    • Apoyar la optimización de diseños para mejorar la calidad o reducir costos, como mejoras en tiempos de ciclo, Ingeniería de Valor (VAVE) y mejoras de OEE.
  • Cumplir y promover la mejora continua de los lineamientos ambientales y de seguridad ocupacional.
  • Cumplir con los requisitos de las normas IATF 16949, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001.
  • Cumplir con la política y objetivos ambientales, así como conocer los aspectos e impactos ambientales, de salud y seguridad, además de los planes de emergencia.
  • Apoyar las pruebas de validación para cambios y desarrollos locales.

Your profile

  • Master / bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or comparable studies.
  • 3 years experience automotive industry.
  • Experienced Product / Design Engineer.
  • SAP.
  • CATIA V5 CAD (R19).
  • Apis IQ FMEA.
  • BABTEQ DFMEA.
  • Bilstein-Software Tools/Programme.
  • Core tools (including 8D & 6 sigma methods).
  • English advanced.
