Your responsibilities

  • Coordinar las actividades de surtimiento de materiales a las líneas de producción de acuerdo con los pedidos hechos por producción.
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales en punto de uso para evitar interrupciones en la producción.
  • Supervisar al personal de abastecimiento, montacarguistas y/o tuggeristas asignados al área.
  • Monitorear niveles de inventario en línea y gestionar la reposición oportuna de materiales en base a los pedidos de producción.
  • Coordinar con Planeación, Almacén, Producción y los ingenieros logísticos para garantizar el flujo adecuado de materiales.
  • Implementar y mantener con el apoyo de los ingenieros logísticos los sistemas de abastecimiento como Kanban, FIFO y Supermercados de materiales.
  • Dar seguimiento a incidencias relacionadas con faltantes, discrepancias de inventario o problemas de surtimiento.
  • Analizar indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) del área y desarrollar planes de mejora continua.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y logística interna.
  • Participar en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con procesos logísticos.
  • Liderar proyectos de optimización de rutas de abastecimiento, reducción de tiempos de suministro y mejora de productividad.
  • Coordinar inventarios cíclicos y apoyar en inventarios físicos cuando sea requerido.

Your profile

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Manufactura, Administración de Operaciones o carrera afín.
  • 3 a 5 años en áreas de logística interna, almacenes o abastecimiento de producción.
  • Experiencia en entornos de manufactura de alto volumen.
  • Experiencia supervisando personal operativo.
  • Control de inventarios.
  • Logística interna y abastecimiento de líneas.
  • Sistemas ERP SAP Modulo WM, PP.
  • Metodologías Lean Manufacturing.
  • Kanban y sistemas Pull.
  • FIFO y gestión de almacenes.
  • Manejo de indicadores logísticos.
  • Administración de recursos y personal.
  • Habilidades de comunicación.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
