Your responsibilities

Objetivo:

  • Participar activamente en lograr los objetivos de Calidad en términos de costos y desarrollo de la Calidad, enfoque en los proveedores, materia prima y componentes.
  • Liderar la mejorar continua de los productos, procesos y componentes
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos internos, corporativos, legales y de los clientes.
  • Desarrollar al equipo SQE bajo los Estándares Presta, incrementar el know-how interno y posicionar la organizar hacía el futuro.
  • Asegurar el uso eficiente de los recursos.
  • Desarrollar activamente y reportar KPl de todos los procesos para todos los proyectos, producción, etc

Actividades:

  • Participar en el desarrollo de una estrategia de Calidad y ejecución para asegurar el objetivo para PPMs, Scrap, Retrabajo
  • Participar activamente en las iniciativas de desarrollo de proveedores para aumentar la conciencia y el rendimiento de la calidad.
  • Monitorear y desarrollar las estrategias de mejora del desempeño de calidad del proveedor, junto con los SQE.
  • Garantizar un enfoque sistemático para resolver problemas (desarrollo y despliegue de procesos de resolución de problemas como Estadísticas, PSP, 8D, DMAIC).
  • Definición y seguimiento de los indicadores clave de rendimiento y sus objetivos de acuerdo con los objetivos generales de OU y planta y los estándares KPI (objetivo interno y objetivos de proveedores).
  • Uso eficiente del presupuesto, equipamiento y recursos humanos en las diferentes áreas.
  • Mejorar los canales de comunicación dentro de la organización y entre diferentes ubicaciones (Budapest, Eschen, Mulheim, etc.)
  • Asegurar de que se sigan y cumplan todos los procesos y procedimientos relacionados con la calidad (CD, BOP, FS)
  • Participar como soporte en temas de clientes como investigación para reportes 8D, satisfacción del cliente, mejorar la comunicación con el cliente, etc.
  • Liderar activamente, junto con el equipo de SQE, la gestión de reclamos de proveedores
  • Asegurar un estándar de manejo correcto para el área de cuarentena.
  • Garantizar el desarrollo y la realización de inspecciones periódicas de medición de los componentes.

Your profile

Escolaridad: Ingeniero Industrial, Mecatrónico, Electrónico, Mecánico o relacionado

Idioma: Inglés capaz de mantener una conversación

Experiencia: 3 años como SQE y 2 años liderando algún equipo

Conocimientos:

  • IATF y Core Tools, VDA 6.3 y 6.5
  • Conocimiento y uso de portales de cliente
  • Manejo de personal
  • Uso del sistema MHP para proceso de reclamaciones
  • Interacción con corporativo, buen manejo de la comunicación (Comprobable)
  • Interacción con otros equipos de trabajo adicional al propio

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
